Ocean Adventure is a 1979 Ocean 60' modern schooner. The hull and deck are in very good condition. In 2011 the bottom was stripped down to the laminate and built up with several new layers of high stress laminate and includes epoxy barrier bottom coatings. The keel bolts have just been inspected and new reinforced backing plates and nuts installed. The rudder was professionally rebuilt in 2011. The engine was rebuilt in 2004. Upper lifelines are stainless steel rod with custom reinforced stanchion bases. This is one of the best blue water cruisers available and would be ideal for live aboard and long range cruising and short-handed sailing. Owner is willing to deliver vessel anywhere in the world. The master suite is accompanied by two guest cabins and all have private heads. A fourth cabin forward is available for a crew member or workshop. Many new electronics in 2010/2011. She has a very complete inventory with upgrades on a regular basis. She is in good mechanical condition. Because of her layout, this vessel would make an excellent charter boat.
