The interior of “M GIRL” is beautifully finished with Alden’s Exquisite Wood Joinery and tastefully accented with all new Soft goods including Drapes and Window Treatments. This new décor makes this 56 Alden unique in any marina or harbor. AS you enter from the newly laid Teak Deck through the Main Saloon Door you notice the L Shaped Couch and Settee to starboard and upholstered swivel chairs with entertainment center to Port. Forward of the settee is the interior helm station with full controls and comfortable helm seat with room for two. Down the stairs to Port is a spacious U-Shaped Galley with all the Accessories you would want for a live aboard yacht. The galley is lit overhead by the natural light from its open shroud design forward of the main salon. Forward of the galley is the stacked washer/dryer. To starboard is a guest cabin with over and under berths and plenty of hanging locker and drawer storage space. Forward is the en-suite head that shares a large shower stall with the Master cabin head. To port is the second guest stateroom with over and under berths and lots of storage. The Master Stateroom Cabin is forward with centerline queen berth and custom mattress. There are many drawers and cabinets available. Custom lighting makes for a comfortable, romantic atmosphere.

The large cockpit has a NEWLY installed teak sole with hatches leading to an enormous lazzarette. Sculpted steps lead to wide side decks protected by SS stanchions and lifelines. Inward opening transom door leads to wide, fiberglass swim platform with chock for outboard, dinghy cleats and chocks. Along the side decks are four properly placed stainless roller chocks to accommodate spring lines. Oversized fore and aft chocks are integral with toe rail. Foredeck features Lewmar Ocean 2 dual direction windlass with 200' chain which can be controlled from the flybridge. The chain locker is accessible from a hatch and separated from the rest of the boat by a watertight bulkhead. There are eight Bomar opening ports with screens, custom recessed into deckhouse, and eight Lewmar Ocean series overhead hatches. Additional ventilation is supplied through two Varnished teak dorade boxes. Flybridge has port and starboard settees with storage under. Two Pompanette seats with New Upholstery (With Covers) serve the helmsman and companion A Norcold refrigerator is Port Side. NEW Bimini and full enclosure is custom fitted over the stainless steel arch. All trim is varnished high gloss teak.

"M GIRL” is a self-sufficient vessel whether at the mooring or on the water. 1020 Amp hours of house battery power supplied by four 8D gel cells charged by a dedicated 165-amp hour alternator. Engine starting circuits are powered by 255-amp hour 8D batteries for each engine with dedicated 90-amp hour alternators for each. Dual switching system permits independent selection of battery bank for engine starting or ship operation.
Totally Rebuilt at the Frame …. Twin Detroit 6V92/TIA DDEC @ 625HP with dual station controls. Oil change system has reverse function for both emptying and filling oil sumps in main engines and generator. Engine panel is all electric including gauges for RPM, oil pressure, voltage, temp, and audible alarm for over temp and low oil pressure. Shafts are 2 1/2 " Aquamet 22 and newly sealed. Single lever electronic controls. Hynautic hydraulic power steering system. Twin Racor fuel filters with selection valving. 4 Bennett Marine trim tabs. Automatic fire extinguishing system. Sidepower 7 hp bow thruster. Sealand Vacuflush head system. MarineAir air conditioning system with two 16,000 BTU units, reverse cycle. Northern Lights 12 KW generator. Two stainless steel water tanks. 20 gal. Stainless steel Hot water tank. Three electric Rule bilge pumps 3700 GPH each. Deck wash down with fresh/salt selector. Hot and cold cockpit shower. All plumbing lines and thru hull labeled as to function. Holding tank discharge pump with macerator.
