This roomy vessel will sleep up to 7 people in two staterooms and on her convertible dinette and sofa.Her aft stateroom features an oversized queen berth with innerspring mattress, abundant storage space, hanging lockers and a spacious head/shower compartment. The forward stateroom has a comfortable double berth with hanging locker and an adjacent head/shower. Her well equipped galley and dinette are down, and the large, bright salon has a large L-shaped sofa, entertainment center and tasteful carpet,blinds and accessory pieces to compliment the beautiful cherry-wood interior.Her aft deck is over 100 sq. ft. and is covered with a hardtop and is fully enclosed. A wetbar and icemaker add to the enjoyment. Her flybridge offers plenty of seating and is only a few steps away from the aft deck. Perfect layout for extended cruising or as a live-aboard.
The well appointed galley has substantial storage and counter space. She has a 3 burner electric stove with oven, a microwave,an apartment sized, dual voltage, refrigerator/freezer, stainless sink and coffee maker. The entire boat is served with hot/cold pressure water, and has a dock-side water inlet. The large dinette is directly opposite the galley, and provides ample seating and converts to a berth.
She's equipped with a Danforth style anchor on an anchor roller, a windlass with remote control at the helm. Her bow and deck rails extend to the aft deck entrance gate. She has docklines, dock lights,searchlight,fenders, electric horn and navigation lights. Her arch is integrated into the hardtop covering the aft deck. Molded steps lead to her swim platform and swim ladder. A large storage box is also mounted on the swim platform, providing a tremendous amount of storage. The transom also has a hot/cold shower. Wing doors lead to her side decks. Her canvas is black and includes a full flybridge and aft deck enclosure as well as a weather cover for the windshield. All canvas and clear plastic is in very nice condition.
Her engines are equipped with hour meters, and synchronizers, alarms and fuel shutoffs, sea strainers and closed cooling.She has 3 AC/heat units with digital controls; 3 bilge pumps, and a holding tank with deck pumpout fitting.
There are 3 batteries, a selector switch and battery charger. She also has a 10 kw Kohler generator, and shore power is provided through two 30 amp cords.
She's equipped with an automatic Halon system in the engine compartment, plus manual fire extinguishers throughout the boat. There are CO detectors and a fume detector, flare kit, emergency pump, life jackets and a throwable device.
