Moving aft, the guest stateroom is to port with convertible bunk beds, dresser w/ mirror, and lighted hanging locker. To starboard is the head with enclosed shower stall, VacuFlush toilet, vanity sink, & stowage lockers.
Continuing aft, step up to the pilothouse you will find 360 degree views. The large chart table with map drawer, PC printer, and USB outlet is to port, with helm station opposite to starboard featuring a recessed instrument panel which eliminates glare and positions instruments for easy view and operation. Twin doors provide easy access to both side decks.
The Saloon includes an L-shaped portside settee, hi/low adjustable teak table, large galley starboard side, carpeted sole, roomy hanging locker, flat screen TV w/ DVD & Blu-Ray Players, and various and sundry stowage lockers. Window coverings are Hunter Douglas pleated shades which stow concealed behind covered valences. Overhead grab rails are properly located, teak battens span the overhead, and adjustable LED light fixtures are recessed.
Starboard galley w/extensive counters, 3 burner propane stove w/oven, broiler and self igniter system. SS double compartment sink w/Euro-style single lever faucet, spray. Full size fridge/freezer, corner dish locker, pantry, liquor locker, concealed cutting board and multiple stowage lockers.
Nordic Tugs' engine rooms are among the best. Wiring and hardware are properly laid out, ample walkways, and roomy decks for mounting genset, batteries, tool chests and stowage containers. Bulkheads and hull are fully lined with aluminum/lead acoustic insulation. Lighting is extensive, and surfaces are properly painted. Below the main diesel is a built in drip pan w/ 40 gal. black water holding tank below and accessible waste tank level sensor. 110V outlet for engine heater, dual Racor fuel filters for main diesel, Racor fuel filters for genset, oil changer pump for main diesel/marine gear/genset, exhaust/coolant separator for genset. Additional room beneath saloon includes two side fuel tanks w/crossover connection, 120 gal. water tank, 11 gal. water heater, access to dripless seal prop shaft log, main diesel aqualift type muffler (with underwater exhaust outlet), and macerator pump.
Large cockpit with properly vented and drained propane locker, horizontal 5 gal. aluminum propane tank, lazarette hatch in cockpit, pressure water receptacle, saltwater washdown fittings fore and aft, built-in fender stowage rack, hinged cockpit access door. Swim platform is extension of hull providing LWL typical of 42' boat. Access hatch to wet stowage locker in swim platform. Cockpit, swim platform, boat deck, side and fore decks are non-skid.
